You are exploring the offer marketplace and see something that catches your eye. In an instant you exchange your Sweatcoins for the offer. Then … little did you realize, that offer required something extra (whether a cash payment or shipping fee) and you suddenly regret cashing out your coins.

What do you do? Can you get a refund?

The app itself does not have a refund functionality. There’s no button you can press to get a refund. Therefore you’re going to have to contact support. Do not contact me on this website; I cannot issue you a refund.

 

Use the in-app Support Request Form! Be sure to include:

• Your Sweatcoin username
• What offer you purchased
• How many coins you spent on the offer
• The reason why you are requesting a refund

This will allow the Sweatcoin team to assess whether or not you deserve a refund.

Before you purchase an offer, do this!

Scroll through the offer details screen and read EVERYTHING. You do not want to be startled when the offer suddenly asks for a shipping and handling payment.
